Athlete Training Schedule

Three coached days. Ownership between them.

These sessions supplement—not replace—an athlete’s school, collegiate, club, or independent training responsibilities.

All currently published practices are held at this location.

Monday

Ownership Through Work

6:00 PM–7:30 PM

What this session focuses on

A group interval session focused on pacing, resilience, effort, and disciplined execution.

This session may be adjusted when an athlete’s existing program has already assigned substantial interval work.

Friday

Speed Development

6:00 PM–7:30 PM

What this session focuses on

Led by Coach Dawson, Friday focuses on acceleration, maximum velocity, sprint mechanics, plyometrics, and event-specific speed development.

The goal is high-quality technical work that complements the athlete’s existing program—not simply more volume.

Saturday

Recovery & Longevity

8:00 AM–9:30 AM

What this session focuses on

Sessions may include mobility, flexibility, breathing, movement quality, regeneration, and recovery education.

The purpose is to help athletes remain healthy and consistent while managing team practices, competition, and independent workouts.

Why only three coached days?

Odyssey provides three purposeful sessions each week. The days between them are where athletes practice ownership through their existing program, assigned workouts, sleep, nutrition, recovery, and individual responsibility.

Odyssey is a supplement to the athlete’s broader development—not a replacement for every other part of it.
